Garden Rigatoni Salad
2 cups cooked pasta 10 Tablespoons fat free Italian salad dressing 24 ounces solid white tuna packed in water 2 medium tomatoes cut into wedges 2 cups broccoli |
Pour dressing into a large bowl; add cooked pasta, tuna, tomatoes, and cheese. Toss well. Refrigerate until chilled. Serves 4. Serving size: 1/4 cup salad mixture with 1/2 cup pasta 279 calories 34g protein 27g carbohydrates 2.7g fat 778g sodium 3g fiber |
